Unauthorized handling or self-installation of the 43 Inch QLED TVs will lead to a warranty void.
Installation & service calls are taken by the Ridaex Hyperlocal service team & engineers.
The Installation & First Demo service will be provided free of cost. All additional accessories not part of the package will be charged separately, The service engineer will install your new 43 Inch Smart TVs, either on a wall mount or on the tabletop. The VESA wall mount is provided free of cost.
Ridaex Hyperlocal will communicate parallelly during the delivery and will schedule the installation and other service calls within 12 working hours of service turnaround time.
The Hyperlocal operations working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm.
Orders once placed at Ridaex Store will not be eligible for cancellation without approval. With approval, the purchaser has to bear the payment gateway deductions of 2.2% for the overall product value.
A refund will not be initiated for products once installed, Repair & Replacements are provided.
