Installation & Demo
NOTE:
Unauthorized handling or self-installation of the product will lead to a warranty void.
Installation & service calls are taken by Ridaex Hyperlocal service team & engineers.
The Installation & First Demo service will be provided free of cost. All additional accessories not part of the package will be charged separately, The service engineer will install your new TV, either on wall mount or on the tabletop. The Standard Static wall mount is provided free of cost.
Ridaex Hyperlocal will communicate parallelly during the delivery and will schedule the installation and other service calls within 6 working hours service turnaround time.
The Hyperlocal operations working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm.
Refund Policy
Orders once placed at Ridaex Store will not be eligible for cancellation without approval. With approval, the purchaser has to bear the payment gateway deductions of 2.2% for the overall product value.
A refund will not be initiated for products once installed, Repair & Replacements are provided.
